Product overview:

The main component of talc is hydrated magnesium silicate,the molecular formula is 3MgO.4SIO2.H2O, talc belongs to monocline crystal system, the crystal is pseudohexagonal or diamond flake,according to its purity and color can be divided into a variety of classification. Talcum powder is made of talcum ores after cleaning, screening, grinding, grading and other processes. It is a white powder with excellent physical and chemical characteristics, such as greasy feeling, lubricity, extinction, fire resistance, insulation, high melting point, chemical inactivity and strong adsorption.

Application:

It can be applied to plastics, cables, inks, paper making and coatings. It can increase pelletizing transparency and strength when applied to plastics. It can improve paper luster and inkability when applied to paper making. It is especially suitable for PU, PE, UV, NC paints and coatings to increase primer transparency and repainting, increase filling amount, reduce cost, improve product appearance, solid content.

packaging and storage :  

This product is packed in a laminating bag or paper bag with a net weight of 20KG/ bag or 25KG/ bag. Store in a cool dry place. Shelf life is two years.

Safety: this product is white powder, non-toxic, tasteless with a slippery feel. It may cause dust when used and affect respiratory tract when inhaled. Dust mask must be worn when used and dust removal should be done at the same time.
